I was a little banged up after 26.2 miles... I had to be transported via wheelchair at the airport! I spent the rest of October recovering. I mean, I pretty much had to sleep downstairs because it hurt TOO much to walk up to my room. OUCH! I've uploaded this picture for a little sympathy... (Insert "awwwww" here _____________ ) ........... Ok ok that's enough!

Well it's November now and I have a little something up my sleeve. Everyone thinks that they have to start their new years goal during the new year, not me. BY February 2013 I plan to be SHREDDED! I'm talking about six pack, bulging biceps, and yes... A BUTT! I'm going to be signing up for the Spartan Sprint. It's on February 10th so that will be my deadline/due date. I decided to cut some spending out of my monthly agenda so I can spend some mula on the boxing gym. Luckily my trainer/friend Dany agreed to make me his goal since he made the "worth spending money on" cut. He has pretty much set an outline for me that I WILL follow to the T! Hey now that I think about it, I'm going to look pretty darn good by my birthday! January 25th woop woop! Well, I will revisit with my progress. Until then, here's a picture I will be replicating soon:
